Upload PDF
Choose a PDF with a recurring field on its pages: a number, date, code, name, amount, or another value.
PDF SORTING · EXCEL EXPORT · LOCAL PROCESSING
Select one to three areas in a document, sort its pages by the extracted values, and export those values to Excel.
A SIMPLE, INTUITIVE INTERFACE
Save time and reduce manual work.
Choose a PDF with a recurring field on its pages: a number, date, code, name, amount, or another value.
Mark one to three areas and choose a type for each: text / code, number, or date.
FieldSori flags pages that need attention. Correct an occasional value or keep the page at the end.
Save the sorted PDF, export values from the selected areas to .xlsx, or do both.
CURRENT CAPABILITIES
Reorder PDF pages, export the values you need, and keep document processing in your browser.
Order invoices, labels, registers, and similar documents by a number, date, amount, name, code, or another recurring field.
Each selected area becomes a separate column, and each PDF page becomes a row in the ready .xlsx file.
FieldSori flags values that need attention so you can correct an occasional page or keep it at the end.
Choose text / code, number, or date for each area and set their comparison priority.
Order numbers, dates, text, and mixed identifiers by up to three priority columns.
The Free Beta does not require an account.
FAQ
Use it for invoices, labels, registers, and other PDFs where the number, date, amount, name, code, or another field appears in roughly the same place on each page.
Only values from the selected areas: each area becomes a column and each PDF page becomes a row. Page design and images are not transferred to Excel.
PDFs with selectable text and consistently positioned fields work best. Recognition of scanned pages is experimental and may require manual review.
Yes. Select up to three areas, choose text / code, number, or date for each one, and set their comparison priority.
FieldSori marks the page as requiring attention. You can correct an occasional extracted value or deliberately keep the page at the end.
No. Documents are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to a FieldSori server. If you use the feedback form, the message and email address you provide are sent separately; documents cannot be attached to it.
The Free Beta supports up to 50 PDF pages and 150 MB total per upload, or one Excel/CSV file with up to 2,000 data rows on the selected sheet and 50 MB. The limits may be reviewed after real beta usage.
Area selection requires a mouse or trackpad, so PDF sorting is currently available on desktop only. On mobile, you can view how FieldSori works without uploading a file.
WHAT WE PLAN TO DEVELOP
These capabilities are not in the current version. They are possible directions without announced release dates; priorities will depend on Free Beta feedback.
Save area settings for documents with the same recurring layout.
Sort records that contain two or three connected pages without breaking the group.
Improve recognition and review for documents without an embedded text layer.
Process several documents with the same rules when the workflow calls for it.
WHEN BOTH ORDER AND DATA MATTER
